Non-Resident Enrollment Agreement & Annual Application Form

Applications for Non-Resident Students are being accepted until September 30th, forms need to be returned to Mrs. DeAnn Arellano, Registrar. Include your students last report card from the previous school with the application. For further information call (719) 379-3257 ext. 1013. All applications need to be School Administration Approved before being accepted to Sierra Grande School District.
