Sierra Grande School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SPED paraprofessional to provide support to our students with specific needs. The successful candidate will work directly with the SPED teacher and staff to provide academic and behavioral support in the classroom environment, assist with daily activities, and help foster an inclusive and positive learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children with special needs or in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, compassion, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Must pass a background check and any other required screenings.
