🍎 Middle & High School Families — Important Morning Schedule Update! 🚌
This school year, middle and high school students will eat breakfast beginning at 7:25 a.m., before the first bell. Elementary students will report to their regular classes when they arrive.
To make sure students have time to enjoy breakfast, buses will unload at 7:25 a.m., which is about 5 minutes earlier than in previous years. This means buses will also run their usual routes approximately 5 minutes earlier, so please plan for students to be ready a few minutes sooner each morning. 🚌⏰

⏰ Tardy Bell: 7:44 a.m.

Today is the last day to register for the 2026–2027 school year!
✅ All new and returning in-district students must be registered before the first day of school. Our office will be open until 6:00 PM today for registration.
📞 Out-of-District Applicants: Families will be contacted on Monday, August 3, regarding acceptance decisions.

We are expecting an upcoming opening in our school cafeteria team and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with food preparation and serving
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Supporting daily cafeteria operations
• Providing friendly service to students and staff
Ideal candidates are punctual, positive, and able to work well with others.

We understand that some families may be hesitant to provide income information, but please know that your information is 100% confidential and is never shared. The survey is used only to determine eligibility for state and federal funding that directly supports Sierra Grande School and our students.
Even if you don't think your family will qualify, we encourage every family to complete the survey. The information collected helps our school receive funding for meals, educational programs, classroom resources, technology, student support services, and other opportunities that benefit all students.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Only:
✔️ Pay your computer fee early (cash, check, or card accepted)
✔️ Connect with the school nurse
✔️ Meet with the Food Service Director regarding food allergies and FEDS forms
✔️ Public Health will be available for vaccinations and immunization checks
