We understand that some families may be hesitant to provide income information, but please know that your information is 100% confidential and is never shared. The survey is used only to determine eligibility for state and federal funding that directly supports Sierra Grande School and our students.
Even if you don't think your family will qualify, we encourage every family to complete the survey. The information collected helps our school receive funding for meals, educational programs, classroom resources, technology, student support services, and other opportunities that benefit all students.

This paid work-based learning opportunity offers hands-on experience in:
• Vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Transportation operations

PK–12 Music Teacher Position
Sierra Grande School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated PK–12 Music Teacher for the upcoming school year. The successful candidate will inspire students through vocal and instrumental music instruction while fostering creativity, collaboration, and a lifelong appreciation for music.
Responsibilities
• Provide engaging music instruction for students in grades PK–12
• Develop and implement standards-based music curriculum
• Direct vocal and/or instrumental ensembles and performances
• Organize concerts, programs, and school music events
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and administration to support student success
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in music education or related field
• Valid state teaching certification/licensure in Music Education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Experience working with elementary and secondary students preferred
• Ability to direct band, choir, or general music programs preferred
