We can’t wait to see everyone back in the classroom on Tuesday, January 7th as we kick off a new year of learning, growth, and success.
Why is attendance so important?
✔️ Every day in class builds on the one before it.
✔️ Missing just a day can mean falling behind in key lessons.
✔️ Regular attendance helps build strong habits for success—now and in the future.
Let’s make every day count! Start the year strong by being present, ready, and excited to learn. Together, we’ll achieve great things!
At Sierra Grande School District, we recognize our responsibility to prevent and address bullying to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students. We are continually refining our processes and procedures to address this critical issue effectively.
We ask for your support and cooperation in implementing these strategies. Together, we can foster a culture of respect, empathy, and kindness, creating a school environment where every student feels safe, valued, and empowered to succeed.
Thank you,
Kevin A. Jones
Superintendent
