Would you like to provide your views about your child's education? The information from this survey will help school and district leaders improve the learning experience for all our students.
This survey is completely anonymous. No one will know your identity, not even the University of Colorado Denver researchers administering the survey.
Please only take the survey once (even if you have two or more students in the same school). We estimate the survey will take about 11 minutes to complete on average.
